Mrs.[redacted] came to my store to fix her phone (HTC M8) I told her it will take some time so please leave it and come back she said she would to stay here if it was a long time ok I told her I have to work with you and my customer at the same time she said ok. When I part the phone back...
together and turn it on there was a line down the side and it was a bad part and I told her she can leave the phone and I will order the part and I will her when the phone is ready, but she did'nt want to leave it so I gave her the phone back but I did not close it all the way because she was coming back it is very hard to keep opening and closing the phone more then one time and she left.May 4, 2015 I received a complaint from [redacted] Ohio Attorney General. I received the part and call her to bring the phone so I can fix it she said no. I don't want you to fix the phone I want you to give me another phone I said ok, and I told her you have to pay me for the part plus the service which was $160 she said ok and she will cometomorrow . The next day she came to the store with somebody and I talk to her and she agree to bring me the old phone and pay me $160 and to take the phone (used HTC m8) like what she had before. I ask her are you satisfy, she said yes and she left the store happy , after that she call me to tall me I don't want your phone I don't want nothing from you I said way she said I don't have the money I said I give you the phone for free she said I want to keep the old phone I said ok and I ask her are you satisfy she said yes and we finish the call. Friday I receive the complaint detail. I will give her $300 if she do not want the new phone please if you have any question let me knowthank you .May 11, 2015 Mrs. [redacted] came and picked her up and said she will bring the old phone back.For me the customer is always right. . Thank you Hamid i[redacted] I received the part andi call r to bring the phone so I can fix it she said no. I don't want you to fix the phone I want you to give me a nother phone I said ok, and I told her you have to pay me for the part plus the service which was $160 she said ok and she will cometomorrow .
