I am rejecting this response because:Good Morning,Per the email and resolution that was sent from Revdex.com and contact that was made with the business there has been no resolution from the company Celsius Tannery.The company offered a settlement of reimbursement for two years worth tanning.The owner requested that we send address to his wife which was done on April 18th and again on April 26thNo response has been made back from company.Thanks,*** ***

The daughter of this client, *** ***, did reach out via email April 3rd. The client's account is held at one of our franchised locations in Independence. The message was forwarded to the owner of that location to respond. The account has been cancelled and *** will see
no future charges
