feeIt is paid onlineto a third party company who screens the applicant and then gives us the resultsIn no way where thesubmitters "scammed" as they claimThey were simply not approved based on their applications toqualify to rent the unit which they applied forThe costs were incurred by a third party whom we use toscreen, not our company

Review: we have had celski and assiciates as our landlord for the last 4 years. Have no issues. Now we are having tenant issues and new tenants moving in and having issues with our family. The landlords/owners have not done much to see who is really causing the trobles between tenants. they arent taking care of tenants issues. There are two families in this place that are causing trouble here and they are not being evicted , nothing is being done about this. I have a family, two kids and my wife. I feel some injustice has been done. I have many reference . We are not bad tenants , we just want some justice to be done. I am working on petition, neighbors to sign assuring we are not the problem, we have two neighbors that are constantly calling the cops and causing problems with other tenants too. the landlords have done nothing but just decided to have someone move which happend to be us. I am currently on L&I, I cant afford to move my family over this. please let me know if theres anything at all you guys can do .thank youDesired Settlement: would just like for this situation to be taken care of the right way. thank you

Does not pay rent on time still owes most of his month. Insults neighbor. Parks in the fire lanes.

AC was out during last summer with temps well over 100 degrees. It took more than a week for the issue to be resolved, as Celski and associates informed us that AC is a luxury and not their problem to fix.
