Revdex.com Corporate Office [redacted] Date: 3/19/2015RE: ID of [redacted] To: [redacted] *** [redacted] This is a response to complaint ID [redacted] which was submitted on 2/23/against Celtic Custom Builders LLC.Celtic Custom Builders did install bamboo flooring at the residence of [redacted] at [redacted] on 9/1/2013.After the floor installation, the homeowner called about buckling of the flooring in the hallways leading to the master bedroom Celtic Custom Builders went to investigate the issue and found that the shower floor drain was leaking underneath the walls into the hallway resulting in the bucking of the floor After the homeowner was informed of the problem, Celtic Custom Building fixed the shower floor leak and fixed the flooring in the area After the issue was resolved, the homeowner called again after a couple of month to complain about the buckling of the flooring in the office area and living room Celtic Custom Builders went to investigate the issue and found that the sidewalks and the landscaping in the front areas of the home are at the same elevation as the interior floor which results in moisture seeping underneath the walls resulting in the moisture damage in the flooring The IRC building code requires all exterior elevations to be minimum of 6” from the top of slab This was explained to the homeowner So the issue of the buckling of the bamboo flooring is not the fault of Celtic Custom Builders LLC.As to the other allegation against [redacted] filing Chapter to avoid collection of debt is false Also, [redacted] does not have two prior bankruptcies Sincerely, [redacted] Celtic Custom Builders LLC

I am rejecting this response because: False/Untruth[redacted] did perform twos separate jobs: a shower rebuild and house reflooring. I have two professional inspections on the flooring and foundation, and it was determined the flooring was defectively installed. See attachments refuting his response. This coimpalint pertains only to the flooring. I have the quotations.I also have personal emails from [redacted] indicating his ongoing status attempting to reimburse me (through various means), before he filed for Chap 13 Bankruptcy in Austin to avoid paying my debt (Case # [redacted]). These emails are confirmation that he performed defective work and refute his response to this complaint. I can provide copies should you need them. He does have a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in FL (Case # [redacted] from [redacted]). He has several bankruptcies/settlements/lawsuitson record.  I did not specify he had a previous chapter 13.You are welcome to contact my bankruptcy lawyer. He has agreed to speak to you should you decide to call and he can provide legal documents that will confirm [redacted]'s situation.[redacted]Regards,
