Charged for a product I didn't receive
I placed an order for a Celtic Knot Princess Engagement Ring on 12/31/19, order number CM-***. I was charged $89 on my *** Debit Card. I never received the order. I reached out to customer service via email from the email account *** on 1/29/20, 2/7/20, 2/12/20. On 2/22/20 I reached out to customer service requesting to cancel my order and receive a refund. I reached out again to customer service on 2/28/20, 3/5/20, and 4/15/20. I would prefer to resolve this via the company vs through reporting fraud on my card.

Don't order from here. I placed an order back on Dec. 29, 2019. As of March 13, 2020 I still have not received my product. I have sent numerous emails and tried to call the 888 number, which is always busy. The website says it will take about 14 days to receive the item. I got one email reply that simply said that they were sorry and would reship the item. That was in January. Now I have lost my money and have nothing to show for what I spent. Be very cautious about ordering from here.

December 7, 2019 I placed an online order. When it still hasn't shipped after Christmas I requested a refund. I received a form letter email alleging a problem with their supplier and promising a shipment soon ( no date ). A week or so later I still had received no shipping confirmation and again requested a refund. As of today, February 7, 2020, I have sent six requests for a refund and have still received no refund or shipping confirmation - not even an estimated date of shipment. I no longer need or want the item and am beginning to think this was simply a scam.

Ordered and paid for online from this company on 12/30/19. Still haven't received my order, website states 14 day delivery. Unanswered emails & calls
Ordered & paid for 2 rings online with my debit card in the
amount of $57.21 on 12/30/19. Website says delivery within 14 days. I have called the number provided & never get an answer nor voicemail. I have also emailed, received one response after the first email on 1/15/20. I emailed again on 1/30/20, 2/11/20 & 2/16/20. Have received no response and I haven't received my order either.

I ordered product @ Christmas and can't seem to get any answers about my order enough I want my money or jewelry

I want an immediate refund of that money before legal action is taken. I'm am a retired 34 year combat-wounded veteran and am alleging the company purposely deceived me and stole my money because I am military.

I placed an order online (order number CM-***) on 12/29/2019 for the Winter Diamond Collection Set that included a necklace with a pendant, a ring and earings for $89.00. I received a confirmation email stating my order would ship in 4-12 business days and that I would receive another email with my tracking number. The money was taken out of my account the same day, but I never received any additional information from the company. I've sent at least 3 emails to them, again with no reply. I also tried calling the number on their website and I got the message that my call cannot be completed at this time. This company scammed me out of the $89 and never shipped my products that I purchased!
