He owes us $+ a 'permit runners fee' of $for a permit that was not paid forHe owes us another $for a permit we prepaid to him, but again, he did not pay the city
Contractor was double paid and refuses to reimburse me the over-paymentContractor work is unacceptable
I paid Celtic Pavers $6,on the morning of April 19th I realized later that afternoon that I paid them out of the wrong checking account and called Celtic Pavers and asked them not to deposit the check I met him the very next morning and gave him a new check for the exact same amount As it turns out both checks cleared because I had overdraft protection and Celtic refuses to return the extra $6,
Celtic Pavers stopped responding to my calls, text and emails and has forced me to hire an attorney to try and collect the funds On top of all this my driveway puddles when it rains as the workmanship Celtic provided was poor and I have to hire another company to reinstall my driveway Very frustrating
Mr*** has been telling me since Sept that he would come and replace the pavers in my lanai that need replaced He does not return phone call
Celtic Pavers was hired to do pavers on my patio One area developed a problem and they agreed to replace them What they did was replace the problem ones with different tiles and said that they would return to correct the entire area with all the same tiles Since September, he keeps saying that he is going to do it, but since December, he refuses to return calls except once in a while to say the pavers are ordered and he will send someone out It is now February 2016..over months and he still has not corrected this problem and will not accept my phone calls
His office manager cannot tell me anything and only says that Mr*** will call me, but he does not call until I keep pestering her The few times he has called he says he will send someone next week, and a month later, no one has shown up He continues to give fals
