I talked to Ms*** on 7-13-After a long and friendly conversation, I agreed to look at her steering wheelShe agreed with me that was all I could have damagedShe also admitted that there was pre existing scratches and holes in the headlinerShe also admitted to exaggerating on the
extra milage on carYou have a lady upset because her car was repossessed because SHE did not make her paymentsThat is allShe is now trying to benefit from her own created problemsNeither myself nor Mr*** nor Extraco owe her anythingExtraco was compassionate enough to allow her to only have to catch her loan up to get her car backShe needs to be grateful and move onI will pay Nothing to herHave a great day
I will still look at steering wheelIf her and I both feel I am at fault, I will fixAs far as the rest of the complaints, I did not have access to her car but for less than hrsI did not have keys so therefore I could not drive to put extra miles on it as she claimedI never entered her vehicleThe steering wheel is all I will consider

I am rejecting this response because: Yes I had a conversation with this man. He agreed to LOOK at my car and he said IF he thinks he did the damage he would pay. BUT he didn't think he did them. MY car did have some small holes in the headliner yes, but not the tears that are in there now and not the marks on the steering wheel. He is wrong with his accusations with the bank and he should not speak of something he knows nothing of. My car is paid in full. My debts are paid. I have nothing to be angry about but the damage to my car the was not there before it was towed. I just want it fixed to the way it was before he touched it. THAT is all.
