The flower was delivered to the grave on Mothers Day May [redacted] called and told cemetery monument company that someone in the family had gone to the cemetery on May [redacted] which was a Saturday. We ensured her that the Flower was delivered on May ** which was the day she wanted it delivered....

(Mothers Day) We have been in business for over 45 years and have been doing business with [redacted] for many years and never had a problem. We deliver flowers for her family on all major holidays. We apologized that her family had not seen them on the [redacted] however we ensured her that they were delivered on the [redacted] as ordered. We have a photo to prove it. She thinks that this is not true. [redacted] told Cemetery Monument Company on May [redacted] that we should keep the 45.00 dollars and use it in good health and she will not be doing business with the company in the future. We sent out a full refund on May [redacted] which has yet to be cashed as well as the photo of the flower delivered to the grave. I assumed after [redacted] had seen the photo of the flower deliver to the grave, she would not have the audacity to cash the check. A letter from the Revdex.com was recieved and this is the first that Cemetery Monument Company is hearing of this matter since. Cemetery Monument Company

Review: Just before Mothers' Day I sent them a check for $45.00 to have a basket of flowers delivered to my mother's grave in [redacted]'s Cemetery at [redacted], something I have done the last few years. I'm not sure if they were delivered or not in the past. Sometimes I wondered, but I continued to trust that it was alright. This year, however, a family member was at the cemetery on Mothers' Day and found no flowers at the grave. I called and spoke to Ray (who seems to be in charge) and asked what happened. He said the flowers were delivered and that he had pictures that showed it and that he would send one to me. Two weeks passed and nothing came. I called again and he said that he had been very busy, but he was going to send it. Nothing came. I asked for my money back and he said it was "not happening". He offered to deliver some flowers next year for Mothers' Day but I told him I did not trust him anymore and that I would inform some people about the situation. To make it short, he called to say that he would send my money back, if I apologized to him. I said I would, if he could prove that this picture exists. At this point he could go and take a picture of the grave and flowers now. Anyway, I have not heard from him in almost two weeks.Desired Settlement: Not only should he refund my money, but he should apologize to me for putting me through this aggravation for wanting to do something nice for my deceased mother.
