we had scheduled a home inspector to come out early next week and after reviewing the inspection report we would get back in contact with him to discuss what repairs would be needed and satisfactory. We are rejecting the response at this time solely because we do not have anything resolved at this point in time

*** I REJECTED THIS RESPONSE TO GIVE THEM MY INPUT, FIRST FROM THE LAST RESPONSE FROM CENTEX SOMEONE CLAIMED I CHANGED MY MATERIALS N DIDNT WANT TO FOOT THE XTRA COST AS SOMEONE HAVE SAID HERE N THIS RESPONSE CENTEX JUST DID MY ROOF N THE GUYS WORKING FOR THEM ARE TO BE COMMENDED I HAVE GOTTEN MANY COMPLIMENTS ON THE COLOR N ROOF WHICH I PAID CASH, SO THE POINT I AM TRYING TO MAKE MORE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM N ALSO WOULDNT MAKE R BREAK ME, POINT IS AGAIN *** *** HAS MESSED UP THIS WHOLE CONTRACT I DONT LIKE GOING OVER THE SAME THING BUT WHAT I AM TRYING TO SAY IS I TOLD HIM NFRONT OF MY HUSBAND I WANTED THE PATIO DOOR W/ BLINDS N IT I DO HAVE A TEXT MESSAGE FROM *** *** STATING HE WAS BUSY OVER THE WEEKEND W/ HIS KIDS DIDNT HAVE A CHANCE TO GET TO LOWES BUT WAS GOING HE PROMISED TO MAKE IT THINGS RIGHT TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY AND THAT I WOULD GET MY PATIO DOOR / THE BLINDS AS I FIRST STATED TO HIM, AGAIN THE PROBLEMS HE CLAIMS HE HAD W/ A TRUCK ITS A BIG COMPANY SO U TELL ME U ONLY HAVE ONE TRUCK BUT HE KNEW A FEW DAYS BEFORE THIS PROJECT WAS TO START HE WAS HAVING PROBLEMS I SPOKE TO HIM W/ IN THOSE FEW DAYS HE MENTIONED NOTHING TO ME AT ALL BUT THEN I GOT THE EMAIL THAT SUNDAY N THE WORK WAS TO BE DONE MONDAY OCT WAS RESCHEDULED FOR OCT YES I DID GET VERY UPSET BECAUSE AS STATED BEFORE I PAID SOMEONE TO REMOVE ALL MY BELONGINGS OUT THE SHED THAT TO THIS DAY ARE STILL SITTING IN MY BACKYARD, ONE OTHER THING I NEED TO CORRECT THAT WAS IN THERE LAST RESPONSE SOMEONE SAID THEY THATS MEANS R MORE PEOPLE THEY ARE IMPLYING ABOUT I WANT TO CLEAR UP MY HUSBAND THEN N TILL TODAY HAD NOTHING TO DO W/ ANY OF THESE TRANSACTIONS I AND I ALONG TALKED W/ THESE CONTRACTORS ABOUT WHAT I WANTED DONE TO MY HOUSE THE ONLY TIME *** SPOKE TO MY HUSBAND WAS MONDAY OCT AND THE ONLY THING MY HUSBAND SAID TO HIM WAS WHAT IS THE PROBLEM YALL CANT DO THE WORK , I JUST WANT TO KNOW DID *** *** SHOW ANY PROOF TO THE EMPLOYEES R OWNER OF CENTEX THAT HE HAD CAR R TRUCK PROBLEMS PROOF IS EVERYTHING I TO AM SORRY THIS PROBLEM AROSE I WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO CENTEX FROM A FRIEND WHO THEY DID WORK FOR NOT TO SAY THE LEAST THESE GUYS WORKING FOR CENTEX HAVE BEEN N MY HOME W/ ME DICUSSING REPAIRS, I ALSO HAVE ESTIMATES WHERE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DO MY BATHROOM, PATIO PORCH ENCLOSURE, AND PAINTING MY HOUSE NOW I GUESS ALL THAT IS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN BECAUSE OF THE HUGH PROBLEM GOING ON NOW ITS OK THERE IS MORE CONTRACTORS OUT THERE, STEVEN DID COME OUT THIS MORNING AT 11:AM N BROUGHT TWO CHECKS I DID DECLINE THE CHECK FOR THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FOR THE INCONVIENCE I AM GOING THRU, AND MY CHECK N THE AMOUNT OF 2655.00, RIGHT NOW NO AMOUNT COULD BE GIVEN TO ME FOR THIS INCONVIENCE BECAUSE I AM STILL GOING THRU THIS, I AM STILL VERY UPSET N A DAZE WONDERING HOW I AM GONNA GET ALL THIS DONE N RECTIFIED W/ THE HOLIDAYS GETTING CLOSER, THAT WAS MY MAIN PURPOSE CONTRACTING CENTEX TO DO UPGRADES ON MY HOUSE I AM GETTING READY FOR CHRISTMAS N THIS WAS TOLD TO *** *** , THE OWNER SAID HE WISHED I WOULD COMPLAIN AGAINST *** ***, NOT A PROBLEM I AM, BUT HE IS CONTRACTED WORKING UNDER R FOR CENTEX THE ESTIMATES ARE DONE ON CENTEX LOGO PAPERWORK SO I HOLD CENTEX 100% RESPONSIBLE ALSO, THE OWNER ALSO SENT HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER I APPRECIATE THAT BUT I DONT LIKE CALLING OWNERS I JUST FIGURED THIS SHOULDNT HAVE NEVER GOTTEN TO THIS POINT THE SITUATIION SHOULD HAVE BEEN RECTIFIED WHICH NOW THE OWNER IS TRYING TO DO , HE SAID HE WOULD DO ANYTHING TO BRING CLOSURE THIS PROBLEM AND WANTED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT AT THIS POINT AS UPSET AS I STILL AM THE ONLY THING TO BRING CLOSURE N SATISFY ME IS FOR THEM TO DO THE JOB CONTRACTED FOR MY MAIN ISSUE IS THE SHED I NEED A SHED AND BAD TO PUT MY BELONGINGS OUT THE YARD, MY NIEGHBORS THOUGHT I WAS MOVING SINCE *** *** IS ALSO BIG TIME RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS WHOLE MESS BETWEEN THE BOTH OF THEM HIM N CENTEX MY JOB I CONTRACTED THEM FOR SHOULD BE DONE AT THERE EXPENSE THANKS HAVE A GOOD DAY THIS IS HOW I FEEL FOR WHAT THEY PUT ME THRU AND WHAT I AM STILL GOING THRU PAIN N SUFFERING I SITTING HERE LOOKING OUT MY PATIO DOOR N THE YARD AT MY STUFF OUT THERE GETTING MORE UPSET BY THE MINUTE I DO HAVE PICS , EMAIL, WHATEVER U NEED FOR PROOF

*** *** will be calling the customer today and we will be getting new contract written up and getting this handled asapWe are waiting for several days of good weather to get this handled

We are currently working with the customer and have reached an agreement to resolve this issue. We have had on and off rain chances here in forecast and should be back on this project by next week.

I have been in contact with Cen-Tex Roofing. They agreed to pay [redacted] to come out and install a new door correctly.  [redacted] has been out to look at the situation. They have ordered a Door and will contact me to schedule an installation date.  I had a detailed discussion with the [redacted] rep and I believe they will be able to install the new door correctly.  We do not have a complete resolution, but I expect [redacted] to fix the situation.  Cen-Tex Roofing has said they will pay [redacted] for the installation.

This is not a legitimate complaint. Every person at my office has tried to please this couple. I am refunding them the down payment with 200 additional for any inconvenience they may have incurred. [redacted] is a sub for my company and he had truck problems and that is the reason he was not able to...

show up on Monday. The customer also has changed the material she was using and did not expect the price to change. The only solution is to refund them their money. They even accused my company of being predjudice and that is where I draw the line. No work has been done so therefore there is no validity to this complaint. She will have her check returned to her tomorrow and we wish the next company she deals with the best of luck on this project.

My warranty department will get in this today and the problem will be addressed and resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: these people are liars they are just like [redacted], when he sent the email saying he had problems few days before the work was suppose to be done, I had spoken to him as I said previously to him n he mention nothing to me he again like I said previously waited one day before the work was suppose to be done to tell me he couldnt do it after I cancelled my storage n paid someone to take out the rest from my personal storage located here on my property again all my belongings are still sitting in the yard its might funny whomever spoke said I said the company was prejudice draws the line but the owner never went beyond the call of duty to get back w/ me n communicate how to make things right n stead he used his employees to cover it up this company is something else I tell u that much I again was lied to n lied on I will still stand by that as I told them I dont want there xtra money I will not accept it I dont accept being pitied because your employee , contractor whomever [redacted] screwed things up never dealt w/ any company like this before where employees handle serious complaints and the owner just brushed it under the rug n my opinion I could care less what they are saying I know its all a lie he offered to give back my money that was a half down payment on this job project whatever u want to call it they had this check almost a month my personal opinion I dont think they had no intentions of doing anything I ask [redacted] if u couldnt build the shed why did u cancel all three projects this was also said to the owner no answer from either he claims he tried to find someone else to do the work I doubt that seriously all this is is a cover up for what they didnt do I signed a contract for them to do work n in my opinion the contract was breathed, [redacted] asked me to send him emails from [redacted] I did he never acknowledged them, also I have a text from [redacted] tellin me he hadnt been to lowes but was goin and was gonna make things right never made anything right
