In response to the above mentioned complaint, we acknowledge that CenCal Roofing did not handle this situation properly or within an acceptable time frame, Due to the high volume of business generated by the El Nino hype we have been... overwhelmed. Having said that we did go out and attempt to resolve this issue. We found that the homeowners house was not level and the low side was opposite from the downspout we installed. We suggested adding another downspout to the low side but the homeowner did not want to due to a deck on that side. We thought the gutter would look unsightly lowered 3"'due to its proximity to the fascia. This was discussed with the homeowners. They are absolutely right that we did not follow up the way we should have from that point on. We would be happy to reimburse the homeowners for the repair they had done by others. Employees left trash and materials all over the driveway/walkway on most days they finished the job. After bringing some valid concerns to the company the crew became hostile, cat calling and trying to intimidate me by being confrontational and yelling comments from the roof across the way. This company is under contract by the Home Owners Association that manages our neighborhood, we are actively working to get this contract removed. If you hire someone to do a job and bring up a concern, you should not fear that the crew will become hostile and come after you.
