My complaint is against the Cendant Stem Cell Center for committing a scam against me. My situation began as I saw a commercial on TV with a retired NFL player who had the Stem Cell Therapy done on his injured shoulder and said that his pains did not exist anymore in his shoulder after the Stem Cell Treatment Therapy.I set up an appointment with the Cendant Stem Cell Center in August 2018 after viewing that commercial since I had 2 bad knees and a bad left shoulder. The Doctor at the Stem Cell Center viewed my X - Rays and informed that he had blew out his left knee in a skiing accident and got the Stem Cell Therapy Treatment which his knee fully repaired.This Doctor confirmed how the Stem Cell Therapy could benefit my knees and shoulder. Do to the cost I had to save up money for the $ 11,500 cost and get this procedure done on June 10, 2019 which I was never informed that this Stem Cell Procedure may not work out for me which it did not work out me. I did everything that I was told to after the Stem Cell Procedure such as water therapy exercises and not working out with weights and got no improvement. I was given a complimentary Stem Cell Therapy Treatment on my left knee on Dec 18,2019 that I was told was more advanced than what I received in June. After more than 2 months since that treatment my condition has not improved but actually has gotten worse. I called the Stem Cell Center nearly 2 weeks ago and informed a staff member and was told that the clinical director would call me to discuss my situation and he has not called me back.
Our clinic and Dr. H do our very best to help our patients with late stage Arthritis and we have all been very concerned about Aubrey's success from the beginning. As with all medical procedures and surgeries, there is no guaranteed outcome for success. Aubrey was never told by Dr. H that there was any certainty and he did sign a form outlining the risks of the treatment including that success and outcomes are not guaranteed. Upon learning that Aubrey was not improving, Dr. H performed a different type of treatment on Aubrey with the total cost being covered by the clinic. The cost was in the thousands. Unfortunately he showed little to no improvement. Our clinic treats many patients with late stage arthritis. Most of these patients have a successful outcome but there is a percentage who do not. Giving him a refund is not an option as it is an ethics violation for Physicians to provide refunds on procedures and surgeries. There are things in medicine and the human body which are beyond our control. We have done what we can for Aubrey and wish him the best.
I brought my mom to Cendant Stem Cell Center when no other pain management procedures helped her arthritis pain. The staff there was very polite and professional while providing us with all of the information we needed. After the procedure my Mom experienced significant pain relief for the first time in years.She was very pleased with the results and highly recommends Cendant!
