I had a chance to look at two days of video. Both on 11/and 11/9, both days that *** worked in Argyle
class="MsoNormal" "margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt background-"> I do not know Mr*** so I am not sure who I am looking for, however, I saw nothing on any transaction that would equate to the description that was stated *** told me that she did not have any type of discussion that would match the complaint that was face to face. She did state that she did have phone conversation, both herself and another employee, *** ***z, regarding not giving out managers cell phone or names after hours or on weekends, (no name given from the call We are working on a complaint card that we will implement within the next couple of weeks, for people to fill out if they have concerns
I truly apologize to Mr*** for whatever sparked this incident, but am still completely confused as to what it was. Two sides to every story, and nothing to tie the two together. If nothing else comes from this, we will have a complaint protocol in place to try and rectify any disputes in the future
