Zero Stars! They jumped my rate from 6 cents per KWH to 16 cents! All very quietly with no warning. They're fired. I just enrolled with a new (all green sourced) energy supplier, locked in at 5.69 cents for a year. You have to watch these guys! Check your bill regularly.
Review: I did not sign anything for this company to be incharge of my elelctric account. My electric bills from [redacted] have been less than$150.00 a month. January 2015 bill was $48.56 [redacted] $140.72 CenStar Corp. This month is 58.16 [redacted] $157.03 CenStar Energy Corp. I am on a fixed income and need this billing readjusted. I have talked to [redacted] regarding this billing. I want my name taken off your billing list and do not want anymore charges sent by you. I want to do business only with [redacted]. As I have never heard of you this billing has come to me as a surprise. I do not know how you know how much KWH are used at this residence. This is Ohio not NewYork.Desired Settlement: Take my name off your billing list and do not contact me or send me any more billings.
