Mr [redacted] did notify us of a potential defect very soon after he purchased his premium keyboard Our goal is complete satisfaction, and a refund, or a replacement, are two options we readily offer Another option, and one that can lead to a faster resolution in many instances (if the customer is willing), is to put the customer in touch with the manufacturer or distributor of the instrument for a possible local repair We have great confidence in the U.Sdistributor of this keyboard, as they jump at the chance to assist musicians wherever they are in the U.S We put Mr [redacted] and our trusted distributor together to see if they could come up with a faster solution It appears as though some misunderstandings ensued, and this customer grew to be very unsatisfied with his entire experience Unfortunately, Kraft Music and our distributor didn’t find out that he wasn’t fully satisfied until we were notified of this complaint We regret that this situation came to this, and the customer was offered a replacement or refund - his choice was a refund, and upon our receipt of the potentially defective keyboard, a full refund was issued

Hello,This customer's father pre-ordered a yet-to-be-released keyboard on September 6, This keyboard, the PAmade by Korg in Japan, was scheduled to be available during the 4th quarter of One of our Sales Advisors, [redacted] ***, took care of her father from the start and placed him near the top of the list to be one of the first in the country to receive this keyboard as soon as it was available The customer preferred to be contacted via telephone, and [redacted] and the customer spoke often on the status It’s not unusual for new products to be delayed, and the PAwas no exception We know that this can be frustrating for the customer, but the reward is in the end when the new instrument arrives.The good news is the the item finally arrived in the United States last week, and Korg delivered units to us on January 16th [redacted] instantly called [redacted] to relay the good news, and I’m happy to report that a PAwas shipped to her father on the 17th, probably at the same time that the Revdex.com received her concerns.The UPS tracking number for the shipment shows that it should arrive to the customer's address on Monday, January 21st.Please contact me if there are any other details needed We certainly understand that the customer was looking out for her father, but we can assure that her father was in good hands all the while.Thank you, [redacted] ***Tell us why here
