Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the damage was discovered in a barbecue which was not used immediately after the move (which occurred in minus-in mid December) The handle had been broken off and placed inside the lid As it is clear the damage was caused by the mover, I don't accept his comments He broke it: he should pay for the repair I'm surprised, after completing two moves for us worth thousands to him that he would refuse to pay $ [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

Centaur has a policy for complaints to be submitted in writing within x days of the move etcThis policy was agreed and signed by the customer before the move took place.we can not entertain a complaint x months later? ? ? ?

I am rejecting this response because the damage was discovered in a barbecue which was not used immediately after the move (which occurred in minus-24 in mid December).  The handle had been broken off and placed inside the lid.  As it is clear the damage was caused by the mover, I don't accept his comments.  He broke it: he should pay for the repair.  I'm surprised, after completing two moves for us worth thousands to him that he would refuse to pay $41.  [redacted]
