As is standard procedure a refund by check has been issuedThe time from we received his return and the issue of a refund is within standard business protocol

We have provided requested SSL connection, and have reiterated that as long as customer does not share his account login/password information with others that their account will be in good standingThis practice (of not allowing login/password sharing) is consistent with industry standards for privacy and security policy

The customer was shipped one item that was incorrect. We sent him a [redacted] return label to exchange for the correct item at our expense of course. The item arrived at our office on Friday 12/11/15. In the mean time he has been requesting tracking numbers and requesting expedited returns. We do not...

ship out exchange items until we receive the incorrect item. It arrived on Friday, we are closed on weekends also our shipper [redacted] Ground does not ship on weekends.We offered to refund the product today however we do not store credit card numbers or other card information on our servers. He was contacted by phone and refused to supply the information. Single product orders can be reversed. Orders that contain more than one item require a manual refund of the individual item at issue. There were 3 items in his order so we could not process it as a reversal as the remaining two products were already delivered. He refused. The customer already has several versions of the transaction. He has a physical invoice that was included in the shipment and he has an email confirmation that was sent when he placed the order.Our only goal was to refund the product that was sent incorrectly and we are unable to do so. Since he has threatened to contact his credit card company our hands are tied as we cannot refund something and have the card provider also debit the item.If the customer wants to provide the credit card information we would be happy to refund the proper amount due him as long as he agrees to not attempt to retrieve the amount twice.If he elects to accept a refund we will have someone contact him for the required card information and process a refund to his credit card used originally.JGUS Armorment LLC[redacted]

Have emailed Brent several times recently. Unfortunately it appears his Hotmail email provider is blocking our responses. We are asking for a NON-HOTMAIL email address where he can be contacted. If this isn't possible then we can always refund the purchase price.

resolution is satisfactory to me if it happens.  As of the time I am responding, they refund has not been yet received...(I have not been paid yet). Should I get the refund for the total amount including the initial tax and shipping charges it will fully resolve the issue.
