Dear Mr***, Thank you for this information. Our records show that we informed *** & *** to remove this account from collections on 10/20/as this account has been satisfied in full. We contacted *** & *** again with your recent complaint to determine whether they did in fact remove the account. According to *** & ***, they had difficulty locating the file back in October so the account did not get removed. However, *** & *** has confirmed today that it is now removed.
