Family member was sent to this clinic several times over the course of a month after a work injuryThe injury was a fall causing a torn ligament in their right thumbPatient was prescribed physical therapyThis was unsuccessful and when they returned to immediate care and informed the physicians that both they and the therapists wanted an MRI they were ignored and told to continue therapyThey have had no recovery and the pain has not gone downThey have continued to have very limited gripThis was consistently ignored by staff and suggested the visible injury may have occurred previously to the work incidentEventually my family member had to call back their work corporate center and request to be seen by an orthopedic surgeonA complaint filed in person with the receptionist was supposed to be returned by a "buffy" or "chris" the next day but was not
