Centene Corporation received the above referenced complaint addressed to *** *** *** on March 27, 2018.Your complaint indicates that *** *** ***, an *** *nsured by *** *** member since January 1, 2018, has experienced difficulty to schedule follow up appointments
with an out-of-network physician who had treated him prior to becoming an *** member. *** *** concerns regarding his difficulty communicating with *** are currently under investigation. Our care coordination database shows that we began processing a request to approve out-of-network visits on March 16, and have been in contact with *** *** since March 21, 2018. Since that time we have been working with *** *** and his treating physician to resolve this situation.I am also writing to confirm we have approved requested out-of-network office visits for *** *** in order to enable *** *** to continue treatment with his physician. We are committed to promoting positive outcomes for our members and we would like to thank you for bringing this situation to our attention

After speaking with [redacted], Level 3 Complaint Coordinator, my problem was initially fixed. But the same things keep recurring again, like denied bill, and appeals come back denied as well because DENY: COVERAGE NOT IN EFFECT WHEN SERVICE PROVIDED. The websites still claims I am not enrolled and I have't gotten their Visa Incentive Card after multiple requests.
