Thanks, We have worked this out with the customer and sent a replacement battery to them. We are following up with them to be sure they are happy. The battery had some chinese characters and logos that were blacked out by the manufacture of the battery to avoid delays being checked at customs...

office. The letters and logos were not important so this was not seen as a big issue. These were not date codes and these were fairly new batteries made within a few months ago of us receiving the battery. We are sure the battery was a defect and that a new replacement battery would fix the issue so we have sent that to the customer to try and have not heard back yet.
