Thanks, We have worked this out with the customer and sent a replacement battery to themWe are following up with them to be sure they are happyThe battery had some chinese characters and logos that were blacked out by the manufacture of the battery to avoid delays being checked at customs officeThe letters and logos were not important so this was not seen as a big issueThese were not date codes and these were fairly new batteries made within a few months ago of us receiving the batteryWe are sure the battery was a defect and that a new replacement battery would fix the issue so we have sent that to the customer to try and have not heard back yetThe replacement package shows it was received by the customer on Dec 1st and we would be happy to continue to work with them to be sure everything is satisfactorythanksZach O***Centenex, Incwww.centenex.com
