damage to the customers items, we emailed a claim form to the email address on file.  A few days later, our staff received a call from the customers wife stating that she had damage and at that time we explained the claims process to her, stating that it is required to have a claim in writing to proceed with the process.  We also informed her that we sent the claim form to her husband previously.  She requested that we send the form to her email as well, so we forwarded the email to the email address she provided.  We never received the completed form back to begin the claims process.  We were not aware that the customer never received the emails that we sent, however they are still within the 90 days allowed to file a claim.  We will contact the customer via phone today and schedule an onsite viewing of the damage so we can have the claim form completed in person to avoid any further delays.  We will make every effort to resolve this matter with our customer, so that they are satisfied with the service they received.
