Hello All, My name is *** *** and I a the Director of Operations here at Centennial Court ApartmentI am pleased to inform you that necessary steps have been taken to resolve the issue and the resident is satisfied with our actions to remedy all concerns.Please see below for all measures
taken to resolve the issue: In order to resolve this issue, it was vital to get our pest control vendor on site to assess the situation
Prior to Terminix inspecting the
unit, I informed our pest control expert, *** to closely examine the unit to
ascertain where the source is located in the unit then provide best course of
action*** located two areas of concern; a gap behind the refrigerator and a
gap in the cabinetry under the sinkHe suggested that the best course of
action is to spray the unit with P.I which contains pyrethrins and piperonyl
butoxideThat would clearly indicate where the roaches are located and those
two areas of concerns were confirmed areas where the pest residedHe then
applied borid dust which contain boric acid to the confirmed areas of concern
*** instructed us to leave the dust there for at least hours and then seal
the gaps with caulk so no additional pest cannot re-enter the unitHe also
added that all pest should all be eradicated within a week and he will conduct
a follow up on 11/25/and 12/3/After treating 4110, *** treated all the
other units in building Moreover, *** stated that we will need to replace the garbage
disposal because of leakageI will have maintenance replace the garbage
disposal when they caulk/seal the gaps today, 11/20/Please review and

My name is *** *** and I am the General Manager for Centennial Court Apartments since January of In response to *** *** complaint, several members of my staff have been working with Ms*** regarding her requests that do not fall within the terms of her lease
agreementMs*** has requested that her lease be terminated early with no fees because of graduation and no longer working for the universityMy staff has explained to Ms*** of her options which are outlined in her lease, which she stated her disagreement towards the lease termsMs*** failed to submit accurate and complete termination request paperwork prior to October 1, and she also did not release possession of the apartment by returning the apartment keys to the office until October, of which a person other than Ms*** returned keys, which is a violation of the lease and is considered an improper checkoutMs*** is fully aware of the expectations ad terms of her lease and then accused my staff for having lack of empathy and no humanity for following the lease as stated, which charges fees for early termination Ms*** has paid the fees since this complaint as she knows the penalties, but just did not agree with them. As I told her when she was in the office, she is only being charged because she terminated the agreement early and did not choose to transfer (sublease) her space to someone elseThis is consistent with apartment leases best practice If there is any more information you need from me, please feel free to contact me at 817-436- *** ***

This morning I received a Revdex.com complaint letter for apartment [redacted]. It appears that they’ve had several issues with getting their work orders completed when they moved into our village. Both [redacted] and I have read through the letter and went by to inspect the unit in question to see if the work...

orders were ever completed. Upon inspection, we found both the resident home and begin to question them. Neither one of the resident stated any additional problems since maintenance has corrected the issues. In addition, I was able to speak with both the resident concerning utilities letting them know that the bills are always charged 1 month behind. During my research, I found that resident [redacted] made this complain in an effort to get out of her lease. She also has her boyfriend living in the room with her since the beginning of her lease contract.
