cancellation instructions.  The Purchase contract signed by all parties clearly states that before any funds are to be released we have to have signed cancellation instructions.   Before any monies are released from Escrow Holder we have to have a signed mutual agreement between the Buyer and Seller.  The Buyer and Seller are disputing who will receive the monies.  I as Escrow Holder can not reclease funds at this time.  Please let me know if you have any further questions in regards to same.  Thank you

Review: This issue has been going on since 2008. I was going to purchase a condo in 2007 but found out the loan office was doing a scam on my loan so I STOPPED with the condo purchase & requested for my deposit of $1,000.00 dls to be returned to me. on 1/5/2011 Centennial Escrow INC send me cancellation instruction for me to sign & have my deposit returned to me. I faxed the cancellation instructions along with a letter to the Branch manager [redacted] dated on 1/11/2011 which I have confirmation via fax that it was send to her office. I anever heard from them and was told that my money was send to the State. Now 3 years later I received a letter from the State Controller's Office dated 1/2/14 informing me that Centennial Escrow Inc has reported they have money that belongs to me. I have contacted Centennial Escrow on 1/21/14 @ 12;26 spoke with [redacted] she said to give them 3-4 days. I called on 1/29/14 they directed me to [redacted] I was told she was handling my case and was told that the corporate office was handling this. I called today 2/24/14 [redacted] was not avavilable to take my call & I was send to her voicemail. Knowbody wants to give me an answer of my refund of $!,000.00 dollars. I have been talking to every staff member in that office and knowbody returns my messages, my calls. and I need some action. and would like my refund as soon as possible. I have emailed the Branch Manager [redacted] B they have ALL my contact info. my name, address, phone# email. and I get NO Answers.. ALL I want is my refund
