help her. Unfortunately we are only FABRICATORS. the customer choose her marble herself from a stone vendor here in ct.. we merely fabricated to the kitchen specifications she submitted. We agree in that the marble she choose is soft and care needs to be taken in that regard. We did tell her of that when she choose that material. Again we are just fabricators and we did not choose the material we merely fabricated. We did go back several times as she indicated and advised her our opinion. We would love to help her if possible but at this point now sure how we can. [redacted]
