We had other bids on our roof from other contractorsNone of them were willing to work with our insurance company to prove a claim except for CentennialThey really stepped up to plate! They always showed up on time when meeting with us or the insurance compnay, spoke to and always called back our insurance company, crawled around on our roof with the claim adjusters, and got the job accepted and paid for!! We have a very steep pitch and very high roof so it was not the easiest job, there workers were fast, showed up on time and cleaned up as if no one had ever been there!! They were Courteous and respectful! I would not hesitate to hire Centennial and would highly recommend them!!!

Experienced a significant roof leak in August that resulted in obtaining three bids for removing existing shingles, performing sheathing repairs, and reshingling the entire roof Resultant bids were all comparable However, when the owner of Centennial come to review the job for his bid, he was up on the roof taking measurements and repaired several nail pops with materials he had in his truck before he had the jobGood demonstaration of his customer service ethic His sales presentation was infomative and not pushy toward more expensive materials, athough he thoroughly described them When awarded the job, he gave us an installation schedule and stayed in communication to let us know potential impacts from weather, etc The job was actually able to start earlier than intitially forecast and we were informed ahead of time
The crew was polite and efficient They thoroughly answered several questions I had during the workThey were careful to care for the driveway, the siding, and the grounds as they manuvered equipment and did the teardown and installationClean up was excellent by the crewThe owner double checked after I gave him the final payment in person
