My wife and I purchased a home from Centennial Homes in BillingsWe informed our salesman that we had never done anything like this before, so we needed to know what we were responsible for, what they were responsible for, and what was included with our purchaseWe were informed that we were responsible for the site preparation, all the utilities and utility hook ups, and ensuring that the home could be delivered to the siteWhen we asked about the foundation, he pulled out a pamphlet and told us "This is what we use on our homes." We proceeded with the purchase, ordered some extras, and waited on our homeOur home is now sitting on our property on blocks, with no foundationWhen we contacted the company about the foundation we were told they used, and when we were going to get it, we were told that the foundation was our problem, not theirsOur home was also delivered without the options we orderedAfter the initial phone call asking about the foundation and the options we orde

This is in response to Mr *** complaintThe warranty issues are being attempted to being taken careOur staff has left multiple messages and even email to try and schedule the workRobert our warranty manager did talk to *** onceThe week of April 11th the *** did call Robert back
They requested a Saturday warranty service call, our service staff does not work on weekendsWe offered other times and are currently waiting to hear for a reply to see if April 27th would workWe are unaware if Mr*** has power to the home yet but at least on of the repairs, some linoleum, will require heat to make sure it staysSo we await a call back from Mr*** to schedule the work
We asked on his behalf when Magnum was going out to Mr *** homesite to finishThe Magnum company (see attachment for their brochure) was waiting for some information from Mr*** they say. On Monday April 18th Lindsay from Magnum received that information needed and they will be in contact with Mr. *** to schedule a time to finish. The foundation system is explained in the brochure and is one many people use and is a good system, but it is not done Centennial Homes does the work on ever, it is not our area of expertise, Magnum does the work alwaysSo I suspect Mr. *** will be getting a call very soon from them now that have the needed information from him
I am told Mr*** feels like he purchased exterior outlets and received We do every order and every deal right down to how many exterior outlets in writing so they can be no misunderstands or confusion on what is being ordered and what the customer is paying forI am not going to attach the spec sheet for his privacy reasons but can if given consentThey will show exterior outets and not During the process of buying a home, many options are talked about, thrown around, decided to leave in or take outIt is for this reason we do everything in writingMr *** did not pay for exterior outlets so he was not charged for anymore than the the specifications sheet has. It is my understanding on March 28th, Fred the salesperson had a conversation about this with *** and Fred had asked if *** had any more questions he could callTo my knowledge to date he has not called Fred back
We strive to make sure everything is in writing, clear, and try to help where we can with this whole processWe are sorry if there was any miscommunication and are trying to schedule our part of the warranty work so we can complete that process for the ***.
