Yes I totally agree with Ms. [redacted]. There was miscommunication between my lead foreman and Ms [redacted] about the scope of work. My foreman understood that additional work was requested over and above what was outlined. Poor communication did take place with this situation. I did ask my foreman what...

the change was and how it came about, I ask him why he had added the additional work, his response was the client ask for the whole north side to be cleaned and trimmed all the way to the foundation and not just past the property line as I had indicated. When ask by me to my foreman why we have this misunderstanding his response was I must have not understood what Ms [redacted] ask.I resolve this misunderstanding immediately with a corrected invoice discounting the additional charges to Ms [redacted] with out question. I do not understand why after resolving a small miscommunication that Ms [redacted] feels that she had to contact the Revdex.com when all was resolve. As I reflect I would have never thought Ms [redacted] would be this kind of client.Dear [redacted], Thank you for sending in payment for the work performed on your moms property. From reading the letter you sent in along with the payment I am getting that you are upset with me. If so I would like to address whatever that it maybe.  I do not know what you are referring to about June 18, 2016. Please clarify. If this is about the miscommunication of the additional work preform I felt I address that with understanding of your full explanation of how that came about, and without reservation agreed to forgive the labor and disposal of that misunderstanding. I am very understanding and compassionate, please help me understand what I missed. My personal cell phone is [redacted]   From: [redacted] [mailto:[redacted]]  Sent: Monday, June 20, 2016 10:13 AM To: [redacted] Subject: Re: Your Invoice is Attached   Hello [redacted],   Thank you for providing the invoice.  I think there was a miscommunication regarding the trimming services on the north side.  Trimming on the north side was part of the original job proposal and cost estimate of $2,750.00.    I did not specifically tell the workmen to clean and trim the bushes to the house foundation.  As noted in the Job Invoice written-up by Daniel and my email of May 24 the bushes were to be cut back and past the property line.  When I spoke with the lead workman I indicated the trimming should go back beyond the property line, which he interpreted to be back to the house foundation.  Regardless, it was not an additional service but was included in the original agreement.    [redacted]       On Sun, Jun 19, 2016 at 5:26 PM, [redacted] Property Maintenance <[redacted]> wrote: Hi [redacted],  Please see the attached invoice for your yard clean up.
