- When you purchase brand frames and lenses, you receive house brand frames and lenses free
The policy is written and displayed in our storesCoatings are extra but many are included for free on the 2nd pair
My only hope is that it was explained well, we provide training to our employees but with over *** employees across the country, I can only hope this was the case in this situationWe pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and we would love to have an opportunity to speak to this person directlyIf a customer has an issue we go to extra lengths to solve this issue, so I'm hopeful you can help us out with that

I am still concerned that this business does not indicate this policy in written promotional material such as flyersIt appears to be an under-handed way of getting customers into their stores
In any other "buy one get one free" promotion the amount of your purchase is then what is available for free
And of course I am not a customer of Vogue Optical when I was quoted $*** for pair of eye glasses, which includes all the hidden charges in their " buy one get one free policy "
