Terrible service

Beside a number of other problems I've had with this car I have an annoying vibration from the engine when the car is in reverse or drive (only when the air conditioning is on) . My car is a 2016 ILX . The service people at this dealer are not only unhelpful but liars as well. First they acknowledged that there is a problem with my car .Then when they couldn't fix it they told me there is nothing more they can do... And that the car just has this vibration and that's it. Acura Corporate later told me that the dealer didn't find any problems with the car and "couldn't reproduce the vibration ".
The worst part is that Acura corporate is completely unhelpful ( all they offer was another waste of time appointment at the same dealer that " couldn't reproduce the vibration " ( which is there all the time when the air conditioning is on).
