I purchased a BMW ZM Coupe from BMW Santa Maria in December I had no idea as to which dealership in the immediate area to buy from; therefore, I turned to the Revdex.com for guidance Because this dealership was rated A+ by the Revdex.com, I looked no further I cannot begin to express my appreciation to the Revdex.com for this assistance in making the choice of where to purchase, because from the time I first stepped into BMW Santa Maria to the present, the friendly, sincere staff have done everything possible to make my relationship with the dealership as perfect as possible In a word, this organization is fantastic! I could not be happier with each and every employee--all are simply the best! It is no wonder their A+ rating has been established
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in November of It was known at the time of sale that the air conditioning was not properly functioning, and the part needed to fix it would be arriving in two days I returned the vehicle to have the part installed; this did not fix the problem They held the vehicle for over almost two weeks attempting to fix this issue Thankfully they gave me a "loner" vehicle During this time period I never received status updates regarding my vehicle and never received phone calls back when I requested an update
When my vehicle was finally "fixed", I was called and told I could pick up my car They lied, the air conditioning was not properly fixed When I called to tell them it was not fixed they told me I could drop it off but this time no loner car would be available because they don't offer that I told them that the had previously issued me a loner vehicle and they responded with "we will look into this and call you back"; I never received a call back
I am now in the process of obtaining legal council due to breach of contract DO NOT do business with this company They are unethical and do not follow through on their obligations
