Their state is falseThere was no sign that said you had to pay BEFORE seeing the doctorI looked on 12/6/and 12/9/when I went into the facilityEven on the brochure they gave me for the medical center it doesnt not say payment is due before seeing the doctor It said payment is due on the day of the appointmentNo specific is madeI told them I will pay as soon as I see the doctor
Another company statement that was occured when they lied saying my insurance company had a contract with them saying all customers are required to pay before the appointment I called my insurance company and there is no such contractWhen I talked to *** I said if you can send me a copy of the contract with my insurance company saying I have to pay before beening seen I will payShe said she didnt have any such papersTherefore, any written statment on their behalf stating there are signs or notices of payment being due up front on the date of my appointment not reliable.
Regardless, the bill is for late or canceled appointmentsI was not late nor did I cancelThey refused to see meI should not have to pay
