My husband was checked in for opiate addiction on 8/24/ I received a call from a nurse at the center to gather information on my husband I was informed I would be receiving a weekly call from his counselor with updates on his progress I never received phone calls, and actually called and left his counselor [redacted] messages that were never returned His month stay there is almost finished at this point, and I just spoke with [redacted] for the first time yesterday after she missed our appointment on Monday She never apologized, and only said well he has moved over to the Cottages now and will have a new counselor who will reach out to youI dont know what you want me to do at this point She still didnt provide me with any updates about his progress We have paid an extremely large sum of money to have him stay there for his treatment We have certain expectations of the facility and they completely have failed us on all parts of communication There is no excuse for this And they dont even take ownership of it DO NOT SEND FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!! They are unprofessional You can find a much better establishment elsewhere for less money too
