10th, she was emailed and informed that she owed back fees in the amount of $in order to be reinstated - in addition to the $reinstatement fee she has already paid An invoice was attached to the email at that time All the individual needs to do at this time is pay this amount Once we receive this payment, we can continue processing her reinstatement

Ms*** is stating that the testing center in her area was closing earlier than scheduled due to inclement weather, Pearson VUE has confirmed that the center was open and that people tested there all day on January 7th, the day she was scheduled to take the exam; they did not close early.
Our policy is that we do not offer a free re-test if a candidate misses their appointment. I have included the email correspondence with Ms*** below for your records. The credential holder submitted an application for reinstatement of her credential on October 19th. It was reviewed and on November...

10th, she was emailed and informed that she owed back fees in the amount of $55.00 in order to be reinstated - in addition to the $50 reinstatement fee she has already paid. An invoice was attached to the email at that time. All the individual needs to do at this time is pay this amount. Once we receive this payment, we can continue processing her reinstatement.

Once an application is received it goes to our accounting department for processing, which could take a few days or longer depending on their volume at the time (in this case it was five business days).  The documents are then sent to the administrative assistant who assembles their file with...

all of their documents.  It was received by our reviewer on August 7, 2017 (see bottom right of document—Admin date stamps every application when received).   All applications are placed in queue for review in the order they were received.  Below is the link for the CO Addiction Counselor application.  The first paragraph under the heading “How To Contact CCE” on page 2 advises all candidates that reviews are completed within six weeks (from the time they are  received in office for review).  Our Colorado reviewer was in a conference in Denver last week and has since completed Mr. [redacted]’s review and attached is his approval letter.  His file will be sent to DORA (Colorado state) today with the other approved files for the week.
