experiencing difficulties with the representatives from the billing company neglecting to return patients calls, even after numerous messages are leftThey have been neglecting to post payments to patient accounts or have incorrectly posted themEven after pointing out the mistake and asking for it to be corrected they still do not fix the mistakesDue to the problems our patients have been experiencing with this particular company we took the action of terminating the contractOn 1/11/we gave notice that we were terminating our contract with the billing companyWe are currently researching other options/companies for our billing services
