I leased an apt for a year at the Cottages of Fall Creek in January 29, I mailed in a day notice to vacate my apt to the business office in November I Never received any feedback or notice from the office stating that they received my intent to vacate I called in over times during the months of November and December and left over messages trying to see if they received my notice or why I didn't get a response In January of this year I called the leasing office to get help since the business office never responded I paid a pro-rated rent for January since I had moved in on the 29th I assumed that my awful experience was over I continued calling to the leasing office but they told me that the person running the business office had been fired I asked them how to proceed and they said that a rep from the business office would get with me The business office Never contacted me I again started calling the leasing office with little to no responses This has been my Worst Experience Ever dealing with an apt community I wasn't late on my rent and paid early most of the time Please help me understand how this is not just good business but any type of business I'm now being told that it was a month lease in which I've never heard of It's now February and my issue isn't resolved and I still can't get a return phone call Some Business!!!!!!!!!!!!!

taken care of on 7/26/2014. I have tried to reach Mr*** at 317.*** and his message indicates he is unavailable. I will continue to follto ensure his concerns have been addressed accordingly

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowMy AC still has not been fixed and no one is returning my calls as to when the AC will be fixed and if I was getting something off my rent at this point I'm ready to be let out of my lease this is completely and utterly ridiculous the way the apartments are run.
