Review: Patients are required to prepay for a phone consult and promised about an hour consult (I have this in an email). Mine was less than 15 minutes and the doctor did not give advice about several specific health concerns I was promised by staff prior to making the appointment that he would be able to assist with; I was told by staff that they were "sure he could help" with lasting effects/problems of a specific medication and he told me he doesn't use that medication, thus could not advise about it. I relied upon the representations made by staff when deciding to choose this provider. I also asked for confirmation that the clinic complied with Minnesota Statute 147.032 concerning Interstate Practice of Telemedicine because I reside in Minnesota and when I spoke with the office manager about this, she was hostile, and said it didn't apply to this provider, and refused to resolve the matter.Desired Settlement: Given the representations made to me by staff which I relied upon in deciding to make the initial appointment and choose this provider, including the promised length of the consult and ability to treat lasting effects of a specific medication, a refund is appropriate.
