Just got my car washed here today and it was the worst experience ever My car was hit by another vehicle during the wash Me and the other customers witness the entire thingWhen my car was finished washing I asked the manager why my car was hit This it manager Leon was laughing at the situation and thought it was funny His respond to me was your car did not get hit and show me the damageI was like what are you talking about? Me and all the other customers witness my car in the inside get hit, the truck behind me pushed my car This it denied it ever happenedI told him it does not matter whether there was any damage or not, you're negligence
The entire time he was laughing at me and felt it was funny that I was complaining to him I asked him why is he laughing at me and he said that's how he talks to customers I was like if this was your car you'd be just as upset as me
I guess after a few minutes he came up with some b.s why my car was hit, he said the c
