Response to Complaint: ID [redacted] There were multiple e-mails before this customer purchased: questions were answered, explanations offered, etc, but expectations were not met, so the following may be helpful- --• As a research, educational and clinical center we have multiple avenues, and thus need various products to enable our workSome products are manufactured by other companies, some are OEM’ed for us and some are made within the companyWhatever is offered on our website is offered for customer convenience and benefit.• Headphones, e.g., are made by other companiesWe test many and then choose those which, in our opinion and testing, offer the high fidelity, the build and comfort per the company specificationsHeadphones offered in the 8RX Set are Audiophile Professional Headphones.• The A/V Modulator with Light Glasses is OEM’ed per Dr [redacted] specificationsOur light glasses are not strobe lightsRather our light glasses are driven by the frequencies of the soundtrack being playedInitially most beginners see flashing lights of various colors and hues according to the way their brain interprets the sightAs one’s brain becomes more balanced, one generally begins to see geometric shapes of various sizes and eventually sees truly beautiful mandalasEvery “light show” is different.• The A/V Modulator and Light Glasses are greatly assembled for the convenience of the customer, though sand use is fully shared in an enclosed fact sheetHeadphones are plugged into an audio player or splitter, not into the A/V Modulator.• Dr [redacted] is world renown for his healing and personal growth musical entrainment Audio ProgramsHe currently has available to the public listed on the company websiteHe is very productive and the many created in recent years have been for special projects and other companies and businessesAs such they are not offered on our website.• Because of the many Audio Programs offered to the public, however, we place the programs into different categories with audio clips and an option to purchase on aa CD or as a digital FLAC file.• Some individuals have a challenge choosing from the multiple audio programs in a category, howeverSo “bundled” audio programs in an eause, good quality, mobile Audio Player is offered to those who prefer to choose by need or interest, trusting Dr [redacted] ’s choice for eachMost programs included in the player are from those we offer on the website, for reasons noted above, but some are yet-unreleased programsBoth types compiled the programs uploaded for free to the complainant’s PlayerSome customers have previously purchased Dr [redacted] ’s audio programs and as such, if known, these are not duplicated in a Player purchased by that customerIf overlooked or not fully shared, substitutes are offered, if wanted• Some individuals also want headphones, the Light Glasses and certain Audio Programs, hence the combo set which we call 8RX was born! All are sold separately as well.• Invoices are sent to customers by our shopping cart, followed by a thank you noteIf the complainant did not receive for whatever reason, this can be sent to the individual.• Honesty and integrity are two of our hallmarks, and as such, it is unfortunate that the set purchased, created for the convenience of customers who want all three items, was thought to be the Center’s “latest cutting edge wellness tool”We will, however, be releasing a “cutting edge wellness tool” within the next week or twoThe complainant may well be interested in that Musical Soundscape with its many benefits available to any receptive listener

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThere are reasons why this response is one-side: 1) Generic reply with no definitiveproposed resolution: The articulated pointers are as good as a cut-and-paste generic reply to all complaints from "some individuals" while not directly address my concerns 2) Contradictions of correspondence content between Revdex.com and the customer: A reply sent by the company on the 25th October, which contradicts to Point 5, please refer to the extracted note below· That's good as his work is excellent· Unfortunately he has had to fund all his research and work himself· He and all who work with CNR are basically dedicated to healing and personal growth of individuals, families and groups· Unfortunately, as a small company, we must buy most all products at retail, as large companies require rather large orders to give any real discount, hence our profit margin is very small· As a result we do not have a marketing team -- which also means there is no fluff or hype on our website or in anything we do -- and that is good, though unusual in this day and age· The company further sent an accusative-based statement on the October: “As for the downloads, as you most likely know, there is generally no refund for downloadsI assume you have not copied any, and as such we will accept them back.” 3) No definitive closure was presented/validated besides resending an invoice to a disappointed customer [redacted] ***
