I went down to Periodontics & Implant Dentistry to for an appointment. I showed them my insurance card and they said they didn't take that insurance. Then shortly after the receptionist told me that she can file it. Then she said she couldn't file it, so I told her I was leaving. As I was leaving she told me that the dentist can still see me. So I went back and a young lady came in and she started taking pictures of me with a camera. I asked her why was she doing that? she mumbled something that I couldn't understand. So I decided to leave again and that's when the dentist walked in and he discussed what he can do and he looked in my mouth only. That was it. I never returned. About 2 weeks later I received a bill for $107.67. I was never informed about any prices. I never even got any procedures from them. so I don't understand why I got billed. They were not professional, or knowledgeable about their business. I was very uncomfortable with the young lady taking pictures with no explanations as to why she was doing it.

Excellent customer service is something we pride ourselves on. I do apologize for the mistakes in communication that we made on our part that led to you feeling so unhappy with our office. While I can not fix that experience, I can make it right now. We have reviewed how it happened and hope to have learned and will not repeat the same mistakes. We do hope you feel that with the correction on the account and the removal of the collections info, we have made this right. Again, we apologize for any undue difficulty.
