Patient was refunded the full fee for services rendered on 3/8/and denture was remade for herI have since spoke with the patient and offered a full refund for the dentures that were purchased in Patient stated she does not want a refund that she loves her new teethShe does need a slight
adjustment and is scheduled for this at no cost. Thank you, *** ***
