Simply Do not buy from Vitadocs They do not answer their phone call and return phone calls of concern They say they have 100% return policy I returned my vitamins because the sent them to me after I cancelled due to continual delays and never responding to multiple emails and calls I returned the box unopened and they have not returned my $ I had to call my credit card company to get restitution They should not be in business as far as I am concerned

Because other websites said the vitamins I was looking for were out of stock and Vita Docs did not indicate on their web site that they were out of stock, I ordered Efamol's Efalex When after one week, I did not hear about any shipping information, I went to my order and found out the Efalex was on back order I called VitaDocs They returned my call after I had called several times I reminded them of their advertised 100% money back guarantee and noted to them advertising by their not indicating Efamol was out of stock I would not have ordered it in the first place had they properly indicated this fact! I asked for my money back, so I can get what my family needsTommy, the man with whom I spoke, said I should have my money in three day's time That was Monday, today is Saturday I have neither my vitamins nor my money with which to get some vitaminsI just want the money back so I can get what my family needs!

VitaDocs changed my order due to an item being "unavailable," though when placing the order it was shown as available. The change in order was made without my consent and ended up costing a shipping fee, which my original order did not include. I wrote requesting a change to the order or cancellation of the order so as to avoid the added on shipping fee. They sent an e-mail form reply stating they would be contacting me. This happened three times with no contact or regard to my concerns. They sent the order in a poorly packaged USPS envelope and the package was damaged. There seems to be no one home in customer service department and it is unacceptable to change an order and add a fee that was not agreed upon in the original order. Watch out.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-COMPNAY UNREALIABLE!This company offers very poor customer service. I read the bad reviews but gave them benefit of doubt and ordered anyway since they had the best price on the product I wanted. The first time I ordered it went fine.So I ordered again and that\'s when their true colors came through.I ordered a quantity of 4 of the item I needed. It took greater than two weeks to get a package and when it arrived it only contained a quantity of 3. I opened a trouble ticket and 2 weeks later no acknowledgement or response. I called and a lady \"wrote\" down a message to forward to \"them\", whoever \"them\" is, but did not appear to be very concerned and made no apologies or offers to make things right. I will not order from them again and I will have to find a more reliable source for my product.

DO NOT order from them. Placed an order on 1/3/17. They charged my credit card...transaction finalized on 1/5/17. No further communication from the company. A week went by with no update on the order. I emailed them on 1/10/17. No response. Called them at 2:30pm their time, on 1/12/17, answering machine picked up. Left message and have not heard from them. I am also seeing other fraudulent charges now popping up on my credit card transaction history. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute all charges including the one for Vitacost. No goods delivered, and no contact from the business makes it fraudulent. Do not order from this fake company!

I received my order in a timely fashion. Their prices are very competitive. Their customer service manager was very helpful with answering all of my concerns.

Awful experience. I ordered a product on 2/17 and still have not received it (todday is 3/7). My emails have gone unanswered and they cannot help me via phone either. Do not use this company!
