not fulfill warranty. Inefficient service men, after 3 attempts to fix, basically told me to go elsewhere, tho they sold me systemI bought the system in July 2015, $4500. They gave me a one year parts and labor warranty. It worked for about 3 months, then the property was vacant from December through April. In May started system and worked about 3 weeks, problems began. Center came out and fixed, but not really, because system broke down again in 2 days. Again they misdiagnosed and fixed a second time putting new coils, system worked 3 days and stopped working. After repeated calls they have told me to find someone else to work on it, although they installed and gave me a warranty. I called [redacted] headquarters and complained. They said all dealers are independents and there is nothing they can do about my labor warranty with Center, but to find another [redacted] dealer and that [redacted] would honor the part warranty. I basically am stuck with a lemon and no warranty service as promised.Desired SettlementA working system, simply just a working system.Business Response On 8.8.2016 was the first we heard from Revdex.com by mail never by email.System installed 7.21.2015. On 6.7.2016 we had a call for no cooling, unit completely out of refrigerant added 8 pounds of Freon, could not detect a leak.6.22.2016 had no cooling call, unit completely out of Freon added 8 pounds and ordered outdoor coil. Replaced coil on 7.1.2016. on 7.6.2016 no cooling call and unit out of Freon. On 7.7.2016 four of us disassembled unit on the roof found no leak and recharged. At that time I decided that the Freon had been stolen or used as a drug, we see this at times. Unit has been working since 7.7.2016. We gave service for a problem that was not a warranty item and it cost us $1231.00. We conclude that it is not a lemon unit and we honored our commitment completely.[redacted]
