They have a title to my husband's work trailer. The loan has been paid off for more than five years. My husband passed away April 18 2016. I called trying to get the title.I have the death certificate and there was no will filed. The lady refused to deal with me unless I has a power of attorney or session papers. She raised her voice and was rude. I offered to bring my identification and death certificate to pick up the title she refused with out courts. I ask why they didn't send the title years ago and she said they don't send them in the mail.
