*** ***, the RV Source Service Manager has contacted the customer and discussed with him the repair issues and the customer is going to bring the unit in to our service department. *** said that the last conversation, before the complaint was filed, he and the customer had was that the
customer would bring the trailer back so the service department could look over the unit and make necessary repairs. Once the trailer is brought in to our shop, we can further evaluate the condition of the repairs. We value Mr*** as a customer and hope we can make a resolution in this matter

Nevertheless, in order to maintain good customer relations with our customer and remain in good standing with the Revdex.com, we are willing to provide the customer with a full refund as requested. In exchange we will expect the release of the Title to RV Tres, LLC, a release from the complaints outlined in Case #[redacted] and an agreement to not further disparage RV Tres, LLC.
