We have reviewed the situation as described in the complaint letter from *** * that you forwarded to us (reference ID #***)I have attached your letter for referenceWe have previously had several direct conversations with *** * regarding this
matter
It appears that the original issue began when *** * was required to cancel his previously scheduled follvisitWe understand that circumstances change; however, we were prepared to provide ongoing medical care for *** * and we continue to be prepared and willing to do so
We certainly apologize if we have been difficult to reach to schedule a follappointmentWe could not directly confirm that *** * had made each of the attempts that he claimed to have made and were not able to find an attempt to reach us via our web siteIn any event, we
try our best to provide open lines of communication and to be quick in responding to patient requestsIf we failed in this instance, we apologize and will certainly strive to do better
In summary, we have provided medical services to *** * and we believe that the billings for those services are appropriate and are payable by *** ** We have only billed for services that have previously been provided (not for future services yet to be provided)We continue to be willing to see *** * and to continue to provide excellent medical care to him
At this time, we have record of rec iving two monthly payments of $ each from *** * on his account, so it appears that we are working through this issue

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for the correspondenceThe reply claims from The Center continue to be incorrectI have documented all call attempts (with no return calls) to Adrienne J***I have also saved screen shots of of my web contact attemptsThis was due to their correspondence questioning the validity of my initial attemptsTheir company communication problems are not my problemThe two payments of were not agreeing to the pay for the services but to avoid a collection scenario during the dispute process*** *** ** incorrect in his assumption and my dispute has not been rectifiedThe last correspondence I received from The Center is to pay a fee to retrieve the results of the nerve studyI reiterate, I am disputing the charges due to so called services provided that yielded no result to an ignored patientI am requesting the remaining balance be voided? The two payments of 20.00 were not agreeing to the pay for the services but to avoid a collection scenario during the dispute process.
