August 3rd, 2015Dear [redacted] ***,Thank you for readdresing your concern through Revdex.com.Again as we stated in the first response, we thoroughly understand your frustration on damanged skirt, but we do not agree with your claim that the skirt was damanged by our cleaning process in October with previously stated reasons.Your responses on the first and second reasons seem simply reassertion of your frustration without any additional evidence or proofThirdly our general store policy is clearly printed and hung on the wall at the counter.As a proof of our integrity and honesty, we are attaching a copy of response to Revdex.com regarding another customer's complain in 2013, which was resolved in customer's satisfaction.We sincerely appreciate your business with us but we have no intention of taking responsibility of your clothes which we didn’t damage.Sincerely,Sunhee S.Owner

To Whom It May Concern:Going back; and, forth with a company that lacks integrity, and honesty is exasperatingWhom ever the third party is that my garments were sent to ruined one of my pieces: nevertheless regardless of when I brought the matter to this company’s attention, they continued to show their lack of integrity, and honestyAs I told this company before, my garments were never opened from the time I left their location to when I returnedWhen the garments were ready to be worn they were going to be removed from the plasticThat is when the three stains were noticed; and, that is when I immediately took the garments to the locationThe receipt; and, pins were still attached to the plastic with the garments inside unopenedThat is proof that the garment wasn’t touched until the day I returned to that storeSo to put matters simply, I will never do business with this company ever again, so I would like to put this matter to rest.Thank you,

Review: The cleaners employee stated to me she gave my dry cleaning to another customer who won't return my clothes. This happened in April this is now June and the cleaners refuses to properly compensate me for my loss. The cleaners owner states that the employee is responsible for paying for my lost clothes because she didn't pay attention, thats neither here nor there with me I just want to be compensated for them giving my clothes to another customer and not wanting to be responsible for the mistake.Desired Settlement: I want monetary compensation for my lost items plus the dry cleaning was prepaid so I'm out of that also

I am rejecting this response because: I do not want a store credit, I do not feel comfortable taking any dry cleaning back to this establishment. I have since switched dry cleaner and I'm happy with taking my clothes there. I only dealt with this dry cleaner for about three months because I was new to the area. Not only did they give my clothes to another customer in that short time, I received another customers clothing with my clothes but I promptly returned them back to the dry cleaners once the mistake was discovered. I truly don't feel this matter should be taking over four months to settle since **. [redacted] is well aware that her business lost my clothing. As we previously discussed (**. [redacted] and me) I would like to be reimbursed $120 for my clothing plus to cost of cleaning that I prepaid for.
