IFthis complexs management spent half as much time, energy or effort maintaining the inside of these units and responding to maintenance request in a timely or effective manner...this would be the BEST complex in the area As it is ALL they clearly are concerned with is maintaining how the OUTSIDE LOOKS This is the inside of my HVAC closet that I have been almost begging them to clean since I moved here This is where the air my son and I breath originates Every maintenance request is like an exercise in project management and requires so much follow up You request several times, then you take off early to go in and see why it hadn't been taken care ofThen they pretend they never got it and make it a priorityThen a few more days past and one day you come home to find they did something useless and totally irrelevant to fixing the issue I have been here months and I have repair request from WEEK ONE there have not been fixedFrom requesting they fix or replace my peephole which they painted over to rearranging my blinds, which they installed backwards Day here there was a RODENT in the bath Maintenance would not come get it because he told me it wasn't an emergency Animal control came, got the RODENT and advised maintenance to fix many open holes Many of the holes were NEVER fixed This picture was taken last night I've sent them pix for A YEAR! Most maintenance request are not worth the effort I realized as I spent vacation days looking at the maintenance's guys [redacted] in May as they fixed my air over and over AND OVER almost the entire summer and air still does not blow from the vents in the bedrooms Their solution was to completely close the vents in the Living room and kitchen and the result was it got hotter and more humid As of yesterday I reported seeing mice and I SAW them going to the HVAC closet First thing in the morning is what I was told NOTHING! these are pix of the holes in the base floor of the FILTHY HVAC closet I have identical pix I sent them in December and forwarded twice since Now the odor of mouse urine is beginning to be overwhelming I am tired of being ignored as a resident and my home being not maintained as agreed upon I believe they believe they can blow smoke and ignore every issue util you give up I have a list long as my arm and not a new issue on it Even when something as simple as the fluorescent bulb required for the kitchen is an issue They have to order the bulbs Why The fixtures are old and you have dozens but you don't anticipate replacing them Whatever I'm hoping I don't have to disrupt my life for legal issues concerning this but its not looking good

My family has been living at Center Point for two years now and we have since gone through three management companiesIt wasn't until [redacted] took over that things went from just OK to Great! The laundry rooms are well-maintained, the pools are clean and gorgeous, and the fitness center saves me a ton on membership duesThe neighborhood has always been quiet compared with most apartment complexes I've seen and the building construction is great in that I don't have to listen to whatever my neighbors might be watching on TV at 3amI've always felt safe here and the police station is only two blocks awayThe office staff is always polite, kind, and accommodatingRepairs are done quickly and the maintenance crew has always been helpful in providing insightful assistance and answers to any questions I've had for themI'll certainly be renewing my lease as long as [redacted] continues to manage things here, and I've not heard of them having any plans on leaving

IF... this complexs management spent half as much time, energy or effort maintaining the inside of these units and responding to maintenance request in a timely or effective manner...this would be the BEST complex in the area. As it is ALL they clearly are concerned with is maintaining how the OUTSIDE LOOKS.

This is the inside of my HVAC closet that I have been almost begging them to clean since I moved here. This is where the air my son and I breath originates. Every maintenance request is like an exercise in project management and requires so much follow up.

You request several times, then you take off early to go in and see why it hadn't been taken care of... Then they pretend they never got it and make it a priority... Then a few more days past and one day you come home to find they did something useless and totally irrelevant to fixing the issue.

I have been here 13 months and I have repair request from WEEK ONE there have not been fixed. From requesting they fix or replace my peephole which they painted over to rearranging my blinds, which they installed backwards. Day 2 here there was a RODENT in the bath. Maintenance would not come get it because he told me it wasn't an emergency. Animal control came, got the RODENT and advised maintenance to fix many open holes. Many of the holes were NEVER fixed. This picture was taken last night. I've sent them pix for A YEAR!

Most maintenance request are not worth the effort I realized as I spent 2 vacation days looking at the maintenance's guys [redacted] in May as they fixed my air over and over AND OVER almost the entire summer and air still does not blow from the vents in the bedrooms. Their solution was to completely close the vents in the Living room and kitchen and the result was it got hotter and more humid. As of yesterday I reported seeing mice and I SAW them going to the HVAC closet. First thing in the morning is what I was told. NOTHING! these are pix of the holes in the base floor of the FILTHY HVAC closet. I have identical pix I sent them in December and forwarded twice since. Now the odor of mouse urine is beginning to be overwhelming.

I am tired of being ignored as a resident and my home being not maintained as agreed upon. I believe they believe they can blow smoke and ignore every issue util you give up. I have a list long as my arm and not a new issue on it. Even when something as simple as the fluorescent bulb required for the kitchen is an issue. They have to order the bulbs. Why. The fixtures are old and you have dozens but you don't anticipate replacing them. Whatever. I'm hoping I don't have to disrupt my life for legal issues concerning this but its not looking good.
