DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY My husband hired them to move us from California to Arizona The delivery guy (In Arizona ) was wonderful but the rest was a mess (1)We had to put our items in storage for a few months because we were in a rental until our home was builtAlmost everything was covered in a black dust One of our mattresses even had black footprints on it (2) The day of the packing- the movers were an hour and a half late,they came with a truck that was way too small for our over sguare ft houseThe foreman constantly yelled at his workers , but did nothing himself He cussed at the others around my daughter and sat in his truck often while talking on the phone (3) I called the main office a few times that day saying another truck was needed, and they knew that I had to leave around 3:00pm I finally was able to drive away at around 5:pm and the other truck was not thereThe rest of my items had to be left out on the driveway waiting with a worker so that the new tenants could move in..My son, luckily stilled lived in town ,and checked to make sure everything was picked up (4) I saw a man tip my dining room table and a drawer fell outTHe reaction was "oh well" (5) A lot of furniture and other items were broken, ruined I filled out a lengthy claim, kept the broken items so that an adjuster could look at them and it was a big waste of time No one ever cameThey didn't even ask for picturesThey just sent me a measly amount of money back that couldnt even cover one of the broken pieces of furniture.I couldnt even fix it for the amount they gave me I none the less am very disappointed and will never use them againHopefully , I will not have to move again I have already told others not to use them and a friend told me to put a review online to possibly save others from making the mistake we did

I'm writing this about [redacted] he is a rep that has helped me set up my move,he is the kind od rep u want to talk to whenever you deal with a company [redacted] is the nicest person I have had the pleasure of speaking with at any place I have delt withIf all companies had someone like him they would get rave reviews, I have to give him stars, keep doing and being the way u r!!!!!! I at present haven't moved with the company yet, once I have done that I'll be back to review them Thank you [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:
We are enclosing copies of pictures, letters, emails and checks.
Pictures and other items: total 1-17
1. Broken pumpkin dish-stated fragile on box
2. Broken plate 6 in box, one broken
3. Broken/destroyed grill
4. Additional picture of broken grill
5. Movers placement in storage unit:
Note compressor beside end table and leg of additional table (leg sticking out)
Outdoor furniture was destroyed piled on top of each other and living room chair.
With the placement of furniture-movers had no regard for our items.
6. Additional pictures of storage unit-dining room hutch placed against bed
and box placed on hutch. Furniture stand was tossed into unit. Ottoman was dirty
7. Several issues were addressed per your regulations. Please note documentation at bottom
of form.
8. Our bill for the move.
9. Moving transportation.

11. Moving issues addressed before the terrible storage placement.
12. Additional items missing. Form completed and mailed-as of the date of this letter no response.
13. Letter from claims adjuster.
14. Washer dents and scrapes.

16. Email sent-no response
17. Received check from claims adjuster for 300.00.

We are requesting 1000.00 for washer, grill 600.00, ladder 175.00, outdoor umbrella 125.00, end table replacements 515.00, furniture repair including dining room hutch, 2 armoires, dining room chairs, butlers table and bed: for repairs regarding furniture 525.00.

Total due to consumer: 2940-300=$2640.00
We are requesting the additional payment to us within 14 days from the date of this letter.

We have filed complaints with Revdex.com and Consumer Affairs, local TV station. We have spoken to a lawyer.
This is regarding the lack of responsibility on your movers and the insulting check for these 2 furniture repairs. We truly hope we can come to a responsible resolution.

I have never been more disappointed in a moving company. My shipment arrived with damages and outside the agreed upon dates that were given to me in my binding statement. This was after I contacted the office several times to ensure that the shipment was on time. I was never contacted about the shipment being late ( a second slight, as the contract requires them to notify the customer of late shipments). I had to initiate all contact. When I filed a claim it was denied because the shipment did not meet a weight according to a tariff. I am curious as to the standard that the company holds itself if only some shipments qualify for "the most professional services available". I would also like to understand the reasoning behind signing a "binding contract" if the shipment was not held to the terms agreed upon. I will never recommend this company.
