Review: I purchased tickets that had an $85 value (I purchased 2 at $75 with a coupon code) and when I went to print my tickets they were in the wrong section and only a $40 value. I tried to contact the merchant in order to correct this mistake and issue the correct tickets, and they wouldn't do it. So, I asked for a refund and they also would not do that. I was treated poorly by 2 different people in the company, and my issue was never resolved. The gentleman I spoke with basically told me he got a $300 parking ticket he needed to pay for so I couldn't get a refund. It was the most unprofessional phone call I have ever had.Desired Settlement: I need the $150 I paid for the incorrect tickets to be refunded.

To Whom It May Concern,
Please find enclosed the order for tickets purchased by customer on The Ticket Network website. The website is similar to [redacted] and [redacted], which sell tickets over and under face value. The customer purchased tickets that our company Center Stage Tickets, had placed on their site.
The tickets were purchased on August 1, 2013. The customer requested an Instant Download option, and the tickets were e mailed on that date to the customer. Around September 13, 2013, the customer called our office to state that she had received the wrong tickets. We verified the order and checked the tickets that the customer received and informed her that she had received exactly what was ordered. The customer insisted this was not the case and became very argumentative. She called numerous times, spoke with various representatives, and kept insisting that she had received the wrong tickets.
At one point, near the end of the many calls, the customer admitted that she could currently buy the tickets for less money, with another company.
If the customer had received the wrong tickets, Center Stage Tickets would have corrected the issue. This customer received exactly what she ordered and absolutely no credit is warranted.

I am rejecting this response because: When I ordered the tickets on the actual site there was a specific reference to the general admission "field" section. The tickets I received were switched the general admission "stands" upon receipt of the transaction. Tickets were $40 for the "stands" section and $75-$85 for the field section. Nobody would be silly enough to pay $77/ticket for "stands" admission when on this, and 5 other sites, the same tickets for $40. The business is sleazy, and they spoke down to me the whole time. I was "argumentative" as they say I was because I knew I was being scammed and taken advantage of. They refused to correct the error and send the right tickets and they would not refund my money. Instead they stole from me and did not correct the issue. I agree that the receipt shows the "stands" tickets making it appear as if this is what I purchased - however - I purchased field tickets and then was sent a receipt for the stands tickets and did not realize the error until I opened the email on 9/9/13 in order to print the tickets. I did not download nor use the tickets as they were wrong. I still need the refund in full.
Regards,
Review: I purchased tickets on 6/12 thru their website, I was immediately charged in full for these 3 tickets. Several days after I received an email stating there was a problem with my billing information. I called and spoke to a man who stated my email address (these are E-Tickets to the [redacted] concert at the [redacted]) was suspect and they wanted to confirm it was a correct email address. They stated I needed to respond to the email with the fact the info is correct. I did so but never received the tickets, and continued to get emailed by them. I finally called again a week later and was told they flagged the charge was fraudulent and that they just wanted to confirm my info AGAIN. I stated I had repurchased the tickets thru a different vendor because at this point I assumed they were a scam of some sort. I requested a refund - it was not given. I called again today and spoke with a [redacted]. I requested a refund again, and was told I would not get one and furthermore that they would still not give me the tickets but that this time I needed to submit a photocopy of the front and back of my credit card in order to do so. I seriously believe this is either a scam or the worst ticketing service I have ever encountered. I will NOT give them a photocopy of my credit card.Desired Settlement: They need to just refund my card at this point. I have not received the product and already replaced the purchase using another vendor.

Center Stage Tickets, had listed on their site. The email address that **. [redacted] wanted the tickets sent to, [redacted]. scored a moderate level of fraud. This was provided by a softwear program our company uses to cut down on fraudulent sales. It is then our practice to contact the customer and request additional verification to document that we are dealing with the actual credit card holder. The additional verification is that the customer, take a smart phone picture of the card used in the transaction and to send it back to us. Once we verify the card is in their possession, the tickets are sent. At first **. [redacted] sent an email stating that the information was correct. We contacted **. Once that process is started, it is company policy to handle all refunds with the credit card company.
